Now Released: Berwick Street Calling Vinyl

On Record Store Day 2016, we launched Berwick Street Calling, a competition which gave the nation’s unsigned artists a chance to have their song heard by industry experts, recorded and pressed onto vinyl.

After thousands of entries and a huge public vote on our website, London five-piece Cold Boys were crowned the winners.

Their 7” vinyl Mint Bay, which was recorded at Dean Street Studios with renowned producer Danton Supple, has now been released. Check out the video now, with exclusive behind-the-scenes footage of the Boys in the studio and at OnBlackheath.

Featuring the winning track ‘You Used To Be Alright’, the vinyl is available for a charity donation of £5 to The House of St Barnabas at the following locations:

Cass Art
Ember Yard
Soho Bikes
Sister Ray
The House of St. Barnabas
Underground
Universal Works
Yumchaa

The vinyl will be available just for a few weeks. The revenue generated from the vinyl will help local Soho charity The House of St. Barnabas, which pledges to break the cycle of homelessness and social exclusion in London.
