Open Fire Restaurant Kiln Comes To Soho

Kiln, the Thai-inspired open fire restaurant from Smoking Goat founder and meat maestro Ben Chapman, is now open at 58 Brewer Street.

The restaurant’s cooking is inspired by the rural simplicity of Thai borderlands, where dishes combine Burmese and Yunanese spicing and flavours. These are mixed with tasty, prime-quality British meat bred especially for the restaurant and cooked on a wood-burning kiln.

Don’t miss Kiln’s daily-changing speciality noodle dish, made with their own-recipe egg noodles and try one of their rare ‘low intervention wines’.  

Watch chefs preparing and cooking dishes around the wood burning kiln while you sit at the counter, admire the restaurant’s unique design ideated by Chapman himself while you sip on one of their ‘low intervention wines’.
